I stumbled upon the Tone it Up website recently. Have you heard of it? After reading pretty much the entire website (in one day) it's safe to say I'm a fan and I'm hooked!
It seems like the Tone it Up Lifestyle change is pretty successful. I was very impressed with all of the positive results people received. Another thing that impressed me was all of the nice things everyone said about Kerena and Katrina and how they were really encouraging for the people that are a part of the program.
I'm really interested in this program and have chosen to try out some of their recipies listed on their website as well as some of their workouts on the Tone It Up TV channel. The program is a one time $150 fee. You get access to things such as a grocery list, recipies, fitness guides, and some other things.
Yesterday, I started the morning off with some Tone It Up Protein Pancakes. They were a little dry, but good! I topped them off with 1 tbs. of agave nectar and frozen blueberries.
And for dinner I had a Tone it Up Turkey burger which I tweaked a little bit because I didn't have all of the ingredients with a side of sauted asparagus. This was REALLY good!!
I also completed the Itti Bitty Bikini challenge workout! I was feeling it this morning too! :)
Have you participated in a Tone it Up workout?
If you have, what do you think of the Tone It Up lifestyle?
Do you know anyone who has had great results from Tone it Up or a health/fitness program?
I've never tried this program, but those turkey burgers look delicious!
ReplyDeleteI've never heard or tried this program before! haha :)

ReplyDeleteI've never tried (or even heard of) the program but I'll have to check it out! thanks for sharing :)
ReplyDeleteI did the tone it up arm pyramid the other day. I found it on pinterest. It was a good little workout - it took less than 10 minutes, so it was a great addition! I think I will try the bikini workout you posted!
ReplyDeleteI have always wanted to try a protein pancakes recipe. Normal pancakes leave me in a sugar coma!
